Netzer is more than a social youth organisation. Being a “movement” means that we aim to MOVE and develop – personally, communally, intellectually, emotionally, spiritually…
Moving and developing are most strongly encouraged through our informal education at our events. From peulot (activities) on egalitarianism, vegetarianism and Jewish identity(anism), to the use of Hebrew in daily Netzer life; from informal discussions between madrichim (leaders) and chanichim (participants), to simulations of Aliyot to Israel, there are so many ways in which we go about educating our chaverim (members).
For a list of peulot and topics, please visit the Netzer Olami website for their Resources section.
If you have any questions regarding Netzer’s Chinuch, please contact Rosh Chinuch SA, Jackie Maris, on 082 855 5199 or Rosh Chinuch Cape Town, Lauren Kessler, on 076 215 8007.
